A commissioned series of portraits, group photographs, and in-situ imagery of Meld Studios’ focussing on their directors. Captured in their working environment at their Sydney office, the photographs will be used across media, publications, and digital platforms to reflect the studio’s collaborative ethos and human-centred design approach.

Founded in 2009, Meld Studios was an award-winning, employee-owned strategic design consultancy known for tackling complex challenges through co-design and human-centred methodologies. Their multidisciplinary teams partnered with over 300 organisations across 15 industries, delivering impactful solutions in policy, service, and organisational design. Recognised as the Good Design Team of the Year in 2022 and the first Australian company to become Employee Owned by Trust, Meld Studios concluded its operations in 2024, leaving a legacy of innovative and purpose-driven design.
